STANDARD MIX

Kentucky Blue – produces one of the highest quality, most desirable looking lawns. Aggressively self-spreading grass.
Reproduces by seed and spreads by underground stolon’s. Naturally more disease and insect resistant than other grass varieties.

Fescue Grass – tolerates a variety of soil types including poor quality, low-fertile soils. Slow growing, drought resistant.
Provides a degree of pest resistance.

Perennial Rye Grass – competitive cool-season grass that prefers full sun but will tolerate partial shade. Can tolerate high traffic. Germinates quickly, helps to suppress weeds.
