How many LBS can your Truck or Trailer hold!?

- Pickup trucks are typically designed for half ton (1000 lbs)
- Three quarter ton (1500 lbs)
- One ton (2000 lbs) capacities.
The owner’s manual will tell you
For example, the Chevy S10 with a 4 cylinder was rated for 1000 lbs load capacity. If the driver weighs 200 lbs. that leaves 800 lbs of load capacity.
